How the sales call is scored
After the call you get a score out of 100, your strengths, and better lines for next time. These are the skills we measure.
The five skills
Discovery (25%) — Questions that uncover the buyer's real need before pitching.
Relevant value (25%) — Linking the offer to their problem, not a feature list.
Objection handling (20%) — Acknowledging the objection calmly and answering without arguing.
Next step (20%) — A clear agreed next step: a meeting, a pilot or payment.
Professionalism (10%) — Respectful language, good pace and no false promises.
Levels
Sniper — 90+
Ready Closer — 75–89
Rising — 60–74
Trainee — 40–59
Starter — 0–39
What a good call looks like
You found the pain, answered the objection without arguing, and left with a clear next step. That alone gets you to around 70 or more. Flattery, pressure and false promises don't raise your score.
