ArabClosers sales assessment
What we save
When a call ends we save the full conversation text, the scorecard and score, the scenario, call type and objections raised. If you enter your name and email in the score popup, we save them with the same record.
Why we save it
We use this data only to improve the test and train our models so calls and scores are more accurate and realistic. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How we protect it
Data is stored in a locked database that cannot be read from the website, and only authorized ArabClosers staff can access it.
Audio
We don't keep an audio recording of the call — only its written text.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting hello@arabclosers.com.
